DRY NEEDLING

Target Pain at the Source.
Dry needling is a skilled technique performed by licensed physical therapists to release tight muscles, calm irritated nerves, and reduce pain. A thin, sterile needle is inserted into trigger points or dysfunctional tissue to help the muscle relax and restore normal movement.

WHAT WE TREAT

• Neck and back pain
• Shoulder, hip, and knee pain
• Muscle tightness and trigger points
• Headaches and jaw pain
• Sciatica and nerve‑related pain
• Sports injuries
• Chronic pain, post-surgical stiffness

DRY NEEDLING MIGHT BE A GOOD OPTION IF YOU:

• Have stubborn tightness that hasn’t improved with stretching
• Feel “knots” or trigger points that keep returning
• Want faster relief during rehab
• Need help calming muscle spasms or guarding
• Are recovering from an injury or surgery

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your therapist will determine whether dry needling is appropriate based on your goals and medical history.
